Biography:
Ryan D Herlofsky has been a full-time commercial real estate fee appraiser since October of 2001. He has achieved the designation/license of “Certified General Real Property Appraiser” from the State of Minnesota, after completing all of the necessary education and meeting the necessary appraisal experience requirements. He has also successfully completed three of the five upper level Appraisal Institute courses necessary for the MAI designation. Mr. Herlofsky is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a BA in Philosophy.
